Refund & Return Policy

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

一. Returns

Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date of delivery. If 60 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns for items that:

1.Were shipped by us, and

2.Are faulty due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item).

Requirements for Return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-returnable items include:

1.Used items or items with missing accessories.

2.Products that could affect our secondary sales.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error.

二. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

1.Check your bank account and credit card statement first.

2.Refunds may take 1–3 business days to process.

三. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund.

If you cancel between 6–12 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied because your item may already be processing for shipment.

After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled as the item will be in transit.

Note:

Full refunds apply when switching to a new order. Our system will automatically cancel the old order and issue a refund.

四. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email: casezoro66@gmail.com
