By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following shipping policy.

一. Processing Time

1.All orders undergo verification, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

2.Order Verification & Processing: Within 48 hours after payment confirmation, we verify order details, check stock availability, and pack your item.

3.Extended Verification: To ensure secure checkout and protect our customers, processing may take up to 5 business days.

4.Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.

二. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Shipping times depend on your location and stock availability. All times are estimates based on past orders; actual delivery may vary.

Important Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Some orders may arrive faster or slower depending on your location and the fulfillment center.

三. Shipping Origin

We source products globally, including EU, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc., and ship via reliable carriers like USPS. Our main warehouse is located in California, USA, ensuring fast domestic shipping.

Orders may be shipped from multiple locations depending on stock availability. If your item is out of stock in the US warehouse, it may be shipped from our international backup warehouse, typically arriving within 1–2 weeks for US orders.

四. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email with your Order # and details.

You may cancel or update your order the same day by midnight. After 6 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking may not update immediately; several days may pass between scans. This is normal and does not affect delivery times.

五. Delivery Time Summary

USA orders: Typically 7–9 business days from California warehouse.

International orders (non-US): Typically 1–2 weeks depending on destination.

Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $59.

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to:

Customs clearance or inspections

Courier service delays

Limited resources during special circumstances (e.g., COVID-19)

六. COVID-19 Update

We continue to prioritize order processing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, but please allow 3–5 business days before inquiring about delays. Shipping is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
