By accessing or placing an order on Casezoro, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. General
1.1 Casezoro provides custom and themed phone cases for iPhone, Android, and other devices.
1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
1.3 Casezoro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; updates will be posted on the website.
2. Orders & Payment
2.1 Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
2.2 Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and secure online payment systems.
2.3 Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping information. Casezoro is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
2.4 All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
3. Order Cancellation
3.1 Full refund is available if the order is canceled within 6 hours of placement.
3.2 Orders canceled between 6–12 hours incur a 30% processing fee.
3.3 After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping begins.
3.4 Placing a new order may automatically cancel previous orders and trigger a full refund.
4. Shipping Policy
4.1 Processing Time: 1–5 business days for order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
4.2 Shipping Time: Estimated delivery depends on destination:
- USA: 5–7 business days (From California warehouse)
- Canada: 5–10 business days (Standard secured shipping with insurance)
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days (Standard secured shipping with insurance)
- UK & Europe: 5–15 business days (Standard secured shipping with insurance)
- Other Countries: 5–15 business days (Standard secured shipping with insurance)
4.3 Orders may ship from multiple locations (EU, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam) depending on stock availability.
4.4 Tracking information is provided via email once orders are shipped.
4.5 Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to customs, courier services, or stock availability.
4.6 Free standard shipping is available for orders over $49.
5. Refund & Return Policy
5.1 Return Window: 90 days from delivery.
5.2 Returns accepted only for items shipped by Casezoro and faulty due to our error.
5.3 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
5.4 Non-returnable Items: Used products, items with missing accessories, or items affecting secondary sales.
5.5 Return Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless Casezoro is at fault.
5.6 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
5.7 Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact casezoro66@hotmail.com to arrange an exchange.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Ensure all personal, billing, and shipping information is accurate.
6.2 Accept that delivery times are estimated and may vary.
6.3 Pay any applicable import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by local authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Casezoro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.
7.2 Product images and descriptions are for reference; minor variations may occur.
8. COVID-19 Policy
8.1 Shipping and processing may be impacted by COVID-19 restrictions.
8.2 Processing typically takes 1–2 business days; allow 3–5 business days before contacting support.
8.3 Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
